This immersive day experience invites you to step away from screens, stress, and the relentless pace of modern life and into a thoughtfully curated space of peace, nourishment, and soul-deep rest.
A Nervous System Reset, Rooted in Science
Modern life floods our systems with stimulation—from constant notifications to relentless decision-making. The sympathetic nervous system (our fight-or-flight mode) is often stuck in overdrive, leaving us depleted and dysregulated.
This retreat is intentionally crafted to support your shift into parasympathetic activation which is the state where the body naturally heals, digests, and restores.

Enjoy a private session on the Sage Space acoustic sound bed, a groundbreaking wellness modality combining vibroacoustic therapy, tuned frequencies, and music to activate the body’s innate healing mechanisms.
Research in psychoacoustics and vibrational medicine shows this type of therapy can ease anxiety, regulate mood, and even improve sleep by stimulating the vagus nerve and quieting the limbic system (Bartel, Chen & Alain, 2021).

Live Sound Bowl Healing
Crystal and Tibetan bowls are played live in our circle, surrounding you with pure tones that shift energetic blockages, calm the mind, and open space for emotional release and peace.
Gentle Somatic Movement + Breathwork
Guided movement and breath practices help ground you into the present moment and reconnect you with your body. These sessions are beginner-friendly, deeply restorative, and always optional.
Optional Prebooked Massage
Enjoy hands-on healing through a therapeutic massage session with a licensed practitioner.
Massages must be prebooked in advance to ensure availability and flow within the day’s schedule. These sessions are held in a private outdoor or indoor space, depending on weather and preference.
Massage therapy has been shown to reduce muscular tension, improve circulation, and support parasympathetic activation. This is perfect for those who want to deepen their rest and release stored stress.
Organic Nourishment + Elevated Hydration
Savor a lovingly prepared organic meal, created with seasonal ingredients to support your digestion and vitality.

A Ritual of Renewal: White Linen & Simplicity
We invite all guests to wear white or light-colored linen as a gentle ritual of purification and energetic lightness. This creates a sense of softness and sacredness across the retreat space.
To support full nervous system relaxation and sensitivity to scent, we also ask:

A Technology-Free Zone
To support true presence, all phones will be lovingly stored upon arrival. A one-hour tech window is available mid-day for check-ins or emergencies, but the rest of the time is yours, free from digital demands.
